Solution providers are required to bring executives at the highest levels of their organizations and to come prepared to address your specific needs. That means no local or regional representatives and no generic presentations. Your profile information is kept private until you approve the meetings we schedule on your behalf, that way you control the agenda and the content of each meeting.

Pre-Event Preparation
A key component of AutomationXchange is Pre-event Preparation. Qualified and pre-approved solution providers will be given details information from your profile regarding the process and machine automation needs of your firm. Contact between your team and the pre-qualified solution providers will take place over a four-week period preceding the event to fine tune your profile information and develop a customized agenda to ensure that the 50-minute on-site meetings are substantive and strategic, not introductory.

At AutomationXchange, each solution provider is given a private suite where they can meet with your team. A host will guide your team from one meeting suite to another for 50-minute scheduled appointments. Solution providers will address your needs with one-on-one discussions. Open time is provided throughout the event should participants wish to expand their meetings.
